This is a scenic design project based on the picture book "Miki's First Errand"
written by Yoriko Tsutsui. By extracting several important scenes from the original story, I designed a series of 5 acts and made a stage model for each act
in 1/4˝ = 1´-0˝ scale.
Original Picture Book
Act 1 : Miki is asked to go buy milk by her mother
Act 2 : Miki starts her journey while getting scared by everything huge around her
Act 3 : Miki arrives at the store and tries to ask for milk
Act 4 : The store owner comes back from the backroom and hands a carton of milk to Miki
Act 5 : Miki completes her first errand and finally gets back to her place
